Póg Jewellery was founded by Melissa Curry, a passionate and creative individual from County Sligo. Inspired by the heritage of the Claddagh and personal experiences, Melissa envisioned a brand that would connect people of Irish descent and promote love and empathy. The designs are not just beautiful pieces of jewellery; they are symbols of connection, love, and thoughtful gifting.

The inspiration behind Póg's designs comes from Melissa’s deep-rooted love for Irish culture and history. Each piece is crafted to soothe restless hands and minds, making them particularly beneficial for those with sensory processing differences. Our jewellery is unisex and designed to be worn by all genders, sexualities, and identities, promoting inclusivity and acceptance. Our mission is to create beautiful, meaningful jewellery while making a positive impact on the world through sustainable packaging and our 2.5% donation scheme to Jigsaw, a charity very close to the hearts at Póg.

Póg Jewellery is proudly located in the EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, a place of immense value to Irish history and culture. EPIC tells the story of Irish migration and lets you walk in the footsteps of ten million people who left Ireland and journeyed around the world.
